Breakfast at the Hotel Luise in Erlangen
Good morning and enjoy your meal! Anyone who has had breakfast with us will only have eyes for his/her breakfast plate. No wonder with all the rich regional delicacies and the organic and fair trade products for breakfast in our hotel in Erlangen*. Watch “good Luise” grow through our spacious atrium. In addition to this old Franconian pear variety, you will also discover other perennials, plants, fruit trees and vines on our Franconian fruit slope. A sheltered outdoor area also invites you to enjoy your breakfast outdoors. Surrounded and surrounded by natural plants.
You are also welcome to have breakfast with us if you are not a hotel guest. This is particularly comfortable, for example in our glass house in the breakfast room. Please register in advance.

Room 20 Lounge
A room with history! Initially the office of the founders Marga and Heinz Förtsch, whose back room, according to legend, was occasionally used for “kaddeln” (playing cards). Then the hotel room 20.
And now? Now you can make yourself comfortable there alone or in a group, enjoy a coffee or a beer and also play a round of cards.
Of course, small meetings, workshops or seminars are also possible – Franconian flair included!
Erlangen cuisine
The Hotel Luise is a hotel garni and therefore we do not have a restaurant.
There’s no need, because there are so many great cafés and inns in Erlangen. While we love to spoil you with our rich breakfast buffet in the morning, we recommend that you discover the city in the evening. We are sure that Erlangen has something to offer for every taste!

Would you like something more rustic and hearty? The tavern and beer culture is loved and lived, as is the case throughout Bavaria. There are a number of small breweries and inns in the Franconian area; almost every village has at least one brewery. Due to the high number of breweries nearby, we even have the highest density of breweries in the world. So if the beer isn’t to your liking, there’s a good chance you’ll find something else around the corner.

More predictable than the migration of birds south – when flocks head up to the “mountain”, the people of Erlangen know: it’s Bergkirchweih again. Between culinary delights and rides, young and old meet at the beer cellar and later in the evening move on together to the bars in the city center. Empty streets and only the thumping of church fair music in the distance? The love of the people of Erlangen for their big festival is so great that “Mountain Tuesday” has vehemently established itself as an unofficial holiday.
But it’s not just at the Bergkirchweih that you can fully enjoy excellent Franconian beer. There is also something very special here at Hotel Luise – and not just for beer lovers.
In keeping with the beer city of Erlangen, we offer the world’s only binaural beer massage in cooperation with the traditional Steinbachbräu.
